- All WSN Program applicants must first verify their gender and residency
- All applications will be screened to confirm qualification and participants will be selected from amongst all Qualified applicants
- Aside from an application fee, selected startups participate at NO COST
- For U.S. resident entrepreneurs, WSN will consist of five (5) geographic Regions
- Each Region will conduct their own Program with 1 or 2 application windows per year
